The Clinical Director manages clinical staff and operations for school-based behavioral health programs while ensuring effective, culturally appropriate service delivery. They are responsible for program design, budgeting, continuous quality improvement, and building relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and possess at least five years of direct clinical experience. Additionally, the role requires three years of clinical supervisory experience and a valid California licensure such as LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D.

Pacific Clinics' School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) provide tiered behavioral health services across various locations (e.g., school sites, community, and via telehealth). SBIT services are delivered within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), with a focus on Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS), Wellness Center implementation, Social Emotional Learning, Restorative Practices, various evidence-based practices to support Community School efforts.
With general direction, manages multiple clinical programs' clinical staff and operations. Ensures that youth, adults and families receive the most effective, efficient, and culturally appropriate services. Collaborates with Executive Director regarding agency-wide initiatives, annual priorities, and continuous quality improvement efforts. Oversees program design and budgeting. Ensures compliance with program fiscal and contract obligations . Interfaces with external community partners, agencies and county departments. Ensures that the daily operations run smoothly, operating within compliance and safety policies, standard, and regulations.
