The RN serves as a Case Manager providing specialized nursing care, pain management, and symptom control for terminally ill patients. They coordinate the total Plan of Care through interdisciplinary collaboration and maintain communication with physicians and families.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and a licensed Registered Nurse with at least one year of hospice experience within the last 24 months. A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and current CPR certification are required.
