The clinical administrator is responsible for managing local clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures and facilitating medical examinations. They also handle case intake, physician scheduling, client communication, and various administrative tasks such as medical record retrieval and billing.
Candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and have business experience in a healthcare or insurance setting. Essential competencies include strong communication skills, critical thinking, computer literacy, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

The clinical administrator is responsible for maintaining our local clinic(s), and performing admnistrative duties to help with the facilitation of our medical examinations. Clinic administration includes opening and closing the clinic for the day, ensuring that the doctors have the equipment they need to conduct their reviews, and that all appointments are conducted timely and efficiently. Ensure that Dane Street maintains a positive working relationship with the IME physician panel members, Washington L&I and the claimants being examined. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work from our Everett, WA and Spokane, WA locations.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Interaction:
Update clients frequently on cases in progress.
May communicate when there are questions on referral information to ensure proper
documentation and information is provided to the assigned IME physician.
Ensure proper documentation for specified cases is provided to the client.
Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
Any other tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Other administrative duties: Medical records retrieval and uploading. Diagnostic imaging uploading. Billing/Invoicing completed medical examinations. Mail sorting and uploading. Clinic supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work. This position also requires travel to and from our various clinic locations on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to Tacoma, Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Vancouver, etc. Reliable transportation is required.
Supply and support their own internet services.
Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
