The Maintenance Director is responsible for the administrative authority and accountability of maintaining the facility's physical plant and essential equipment in safe operating condition. This includes managing maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with Life Safety Codes and federal regulations, and overseeing the department budget.
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent with at least one year of experience in physical plant operations and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
