Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, be board-certified or eligible in Gastroenterology, and possess a valid Virginia medical license. Proficiency in endoscopic procedures and current BLS/ACLS certifications are required.

As a Locum Gastroenterology Physician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and managing a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, performing essential procedures, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary medical team. This position is ideal for an Associate-level physician who thrives in a hands-on clinical setting and is committed to delivering patient-centered care in line with the highest standards of medical practice.
Level III Trauma
Schedule: 24-hour call, 7 on/7 off
Setting: Inpatient, some clinic
Patient Volume: 4-8 consults and some procedures
EUS and ERCP required
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
