Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, maintaining dialysis equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the physical ability to work long shifts on your feet. Candidates must be comfortable with needles and blood and be flexible to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and alternating Saturdays.
Work Days: Monday through Saturday
Weekends: Required to work every other Saturday and No Sunday shifts
DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
