The Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all sports leagues, fitness, and recreation programs at the facility. This role involves managing staff, budgets, and facility scheduling while ensuring high-quality participant experiences and fostering community partnerships.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business, sports, or facility management and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
Horizons Edge Sports Campus is hiring for a full-time Program Manager to oversee coordination of sports leagues, tournaments and event, and recreational programming througout the year!
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating great customer experiences, and can keep a lot of moving pieces organized. From building league schedules and coordinating officials to solving game/event-day challenges and helping teams have an incredible experience, you’ll be at the center of the action.

Job Summary: The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all sports leagues, fitness, and recreation programs offered at Horizons Edge.
