The Hematology Therapeutic Specialist is responsible for driving demand for ZYNLONTA by educating healthcare providers and key stakeholders within cancer centers and institutions. They will manage their assigned territory, execute account plans, and achieve sales goals while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry. Experience in oncology or hematology and familiarity with buy and bill products are preferred.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Hematology Therapeutic Specialist for our Miami Territory to join ADCT’s Field Sales team.
The Hematology Therapeutic Specialist will report to the Associate Director, Hematology Strategic Accounts as part of the Florida region. This position will cover key accounts in Southern Florida and Puerto Rico and will be responsible for educating HCPs and driving demand for ZYNLONTA® through education to key stakeholders within cancer centers and institutions primarily in the community setting. This person will leverage approved resources and the cross-functional ADC Therapeutics team to educate and support the customer to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTA®.
