Salary Commensurate with Experience and Education
Minimum Qualifications
Four (4) years of experience in an administrative or clerical health care capacity; and a high school diploma; OR
Two (2) years of experience in an administrative or clerical health care capacity; and two
(2) years of college study (60 semester hours or 72 quarter hours);
PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as point of contact for program partner Managed Care Organizations.
Prepares reports as they relate to the CHOICES program.
Contact people referred to the program to obtain the information needed to complete referral for services.
Verifies potential enrollees through the Tennessee Anytime website.
Maintains spreadsheets of documented enrollee activity for record keeping purposes.
Maintains accurate records of applicants who decline services.
Assists with the keeping minutes of CHOICES regional quarterly meetings.
Coordinates and distributes referrals to appropriate assessment/service coordination program.
Files and maintains file cabinets and program materials for future use.
Retrieves documents and distributes telephone voicemail messages to appropriate staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Special Requirements
Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver's license or secure one upon date of employment.

Must pass criminal background check to include: TBI/FBI Criminal, Probation & Parole Registry, Tennessee Abuse Registry, Tennessee Felony Offender Registry and the National and Tennessee Sexual Offender Registry.
