Pay Range: $18.47 - $23.00/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Adult Skills Center (TASC) provides innovative and proactive services that empower individuals with diverse intellectual, developmental, and mental health needs to achieve their highest level of Independence and realize their greatest potential. The Direct Support Specialist I is under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Program Manager. Instructor is responsible for the planning, developing, and implementing a routine program of client’s daily needs. Responsibilities will include monitoring client progress towards goals, client's paperwork; participation in all reports and case notes as required and assisting client in accessing all community resources. Responsibilities may include contact with Regional Center Service Coordinators and participation in client-oriented meetings and IPPs with maximum supervision. Primary Duties:
