Teachers at Hot 8 Yoga work 1.25 hour shifts, clocking in 10 minutes before class and staying for 5 minutes after class. During this time, teachers are expected to:

Hot 8 Yoga teachers are paid hourly with pay rate dependent on experience. Raises are given on a tiered-structure based on attendance/average class size. Bonuses are provided for signing students up for Teacher Training.

Hot 8 Yoga offers great variety of classes, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance with a holistic approach of nurturing the spirit. We offer over 100 classes per week at various levels of intensity. Our classes include Hot Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, Hot Power Yoga, Hot Yoga Sculpt (with weights), and Hot Yoga Barre. Our instructors are devoted to instill confidence and motivate you to evolve with your practice. Hot 8 Yoga will help you shape, tone and improve your body, reduce stress, control weight, relieve lower back pain, improve skin quality, detoxify and more.
