The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting evaluations and developing and implementing care plans in accordance with PACE policies. They serve as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team to coordinate care with providers, caregivers, and family members.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and an Oregon Occupational Therapist License. A National Provider BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.

This position is responsible for OT evaluations, and development and implementation of the OT plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The OT is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and responsible to communicate and coordinate care with the team as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members.
