The Senior Project Manager oversees all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, site preparation, and transition. They are responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and constructability to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of construction or project management experience, including managing budgets over $10 million. Additionally, 2 years of project management experience in a healthcare setting and a valid Texas driver's license are required.
The Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for all preconstruction and construction related aspects of construction projects, including the day-to-day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of planning, site preparation, design, construction, and transition in and out of the space. Drives decisions related to design, constructability, budget, schedule, and other project related matters. Effectively establishes priorities for the completion of projects on time, within budget, and schedules all resources needed accordingly.
8 years of construction or project management related experience with progressive responsibilities managing a project budget greater than $10 million.
2 years project management experience in a healthcare setting.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license in the State of Texas
