Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and at least three years of experience facilitating groups in mental health or substance use settings. Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is preferred.
Position Summary
CBH is seeking an experienced Group Facilitator to provide high-quality psychoeducational and process groups for clients in our Residential and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs. This position will work across both our Hollywood residential facility and Fort Lauderdale PHP program, facilitating engaging, evidence-based groups that support clients in their recovery and mental health treatment journey.
We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about group therapy, skilled in client engagement, and experienced in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment settings.
