The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats guests with orthopedic and sports-related injuries while managing their own caseload independently. They are responsible for clinic productivity, program development, and collaborating with referring providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates must possess a valid Texas Physical Therapy License and be proficient in computer skills and EMR programs. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs is also required.

At Direct Orthopedic Care, our Physical Therapists evaluate and treat guests with a variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Physical Therapists have caseload independence to manage as they see appropriate, and get to truly collaborate with referring providers within the same clinic. Benefits include paid PTO and sick leave, continuing education reimbursement (includes APTA and license renewal), health insurance premiums covered at 100%, and employer matching 401k.
Lead Outcomes
Breaks, sprains, dislocations or tears, we treat any orthopedic injury 7 days a week in Austin, DFW and Oklahoma City.
DOC is a team of board-certified orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, orthopedic specialty-trained physician assistants and physical therapists. We work within the Pioneer Health System to provide superior, coordinated care through initial injury, surgery and the healing process. DOC clinics are walk-in, immediate-access orthopedic treatment centers open 7 days a week with no appointment necessary. Guests with an orthopedic injury or chronic condition can receive immediate care by orthopedic specialists without the time or expense of an ER visit.
