Lead inpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include coordinating patient clinical outcomes and supervising a team of Patient Care Technicians.
Requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and at least 18 months of RN experience with 6+ months specifically in dialysis. An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, while a BSN and specialized certifications are preferred.
