Operate state-of-the-art learning management systems and high-fidelity human patient simulators to support medical training and simulation events. Analyze team performance, develop simulation scenarios, and provide technical guidance for simulation center operations.
Requires a High School Diploma, US citizenship, and at least five years of clinical experience with two years specifically in programming human patient simulators. Must hold current National Registered Paramedic (NRP) and Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certifications.
Odyssey is looking for a Medical Simulation Operator to support the 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW), headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The 711 HPW is the first human-centric warfare wing to consolidate human performance research, education and consultation under a single organization. Established under the Air Force Research Laboratory, the 711 HPW is comprised of the Airman Systems Directorate (RH), the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) and the Human Systems Integration Directorate (HP).

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Ability to Obtain NACI
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: Five years of clinical experience in military or civilian setting. Contractor shall also have at least (2) years’ experience with programming of human patient simulators using primarily Laerdal, Gaumard & CAE simulator operating systems.
Certifications: Must maintain Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification, as well as current and maintain a National Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification.
