Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification. At least one year of recent hospital or health agency experience is strongly preferred.

Position Details/Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of recent experience is strongly preferred. This position provides social work services to the Cranial Facial clinic. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments, supportive counseling services, providing resources, and crisis intervention, as this patient population faces many challenges. The schedule is Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri: 8:30am-4:00pm, and Wed: 9:30am-6:00pm for a total of 36 hours per week.
