A bachelor's degree in education or a related field and an Intervention Specialist license are preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of experience working with behaviorally challenged children, preferably in a multi-cultural setting.

We are seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist who is excited to create a rigorous and nurturing classroom environment that prioritizes student learning and social-emotional development.
The Behavior Intervention Specialist provides support to at-risk students addressing conduct, discipline, or attendance issues while helping these students become more academically successful. The Behavior Intervention Specialist is responsible for creating classroom and/or school-based behavior models to promote a positive and healthy school environment.

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - 47,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
