The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans. They provide direct therapeutic interventions, maintain accurate medical records, and supervise physical therapist assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice or meet qualifications for a temporary license. A minimum of two years of experience in an equivalent setting is preferred, along with BLS certification.

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist completes initial assessments, ongoing assessments and provides skilled therapeutic interventions to patients through the use of their educational knowledge, skill, and ability. This may involve outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics and off-site locations. Services the patients as a part of the entire continuum of professional care.
