The CNA provides restorative and supportive care to participants at an Adult Day Health Center, including assistance with activities of daily living and health monitoring. They also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist with transportation and activity facilitation.
Candidates must hold an active state-issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and current CPR certification. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, with preference given to those with experience in elderly care.
