The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls to resolve inquiries regarding member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payments. They also assist patients with billing information, payment plans, and scheduling needs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience. Previous data entry and scheduling experience are required, with familiarity with Epic Beaker preferred.

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Standard Working Hours: Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:30PM
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients. Primarily responsible for handling incoming calls to effectively address issues related to either member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues or patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.
High school diploma or equivalent Required
Two years of customer service experience required
Previous data entry experience required
Prior scheduling experience required
Familiar with Epic beaker preferred
Experience in a high-volume call center preferred
