The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of the healthcare facility to ensure superior service quality. Key duties include managing staff, overseeing vendor relations, ensuring facility safety and security, and handling financial reporting and purchasing.
A High School diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience in facilities or a related service field, along with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
