Candidates must have a combination of education and experience, ranging from a high school diploma with 5 years of experience to a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, including supervisory roles. A valid New York State driver's license and the ability to meet physical requirements are also required.

The Administrator will have the day-to-day authority for the adult care home for which they have charge, in collaboration with the Regional Director. They will be primarily responsible for ensuring the safe, effective and efficient operation of the facility including quality resident care, business operations and physical plant.
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000
