The Software Trainer will coach employees on dermatology software procedures and act as a liaison between business and technology teams. They are also responsible for creating training manuals, participating in software testing, and managing customer-facing projects.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a Bachelor's degree, and a strong background in dermatology clinical workflows and EHR systems. The role requires extensive travel (75%) and the ability to work flexible hours.

We are hiring a self-motivated Software Trainer with experience training employees on medical software workflow/procedures. The successful Software Trainer will work directly with the software development team to ensure that the users understand the product and outlined procedures. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual who will fit into our ‘Get it done!’ culture. The job will require overtime hours as well as working off-hours during go lives. Our ideal candidate has dermatology medical assistant experience and a strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
Candidates are expected to have the flexibility to travel extensively, 75% of the time throughout the US, with little notice.
