Direct and oversee the risk management program to identify and mitigate potential liabilities and clinical risks within the facility. Lead staff management, develop safety policies, and ensure compliance with administrative and patient rights requirements.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare, risk management, business, or finance field and at least one year of supervisory experience. Certifications in healthcare risk management or process improvement are highly preferred, and CPR/de-escalation certifications are required.
