Wellness Partners support residents with personal care needs and encourage independence in daily activities like eating, movement, and communication. They are also responsible for observing, documenting, and communicating resident health conditions.
Candidates must hold an NZQF Level 4 qualification or have at least two years of relevant experience. Applicants must be available for rostered shifts, including weekends and nights, and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality care.

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.

Formed in 2014 when we listed on the NZ stock exchange, Arvida has grown to become a group spread across 35 locations nationally with greenfield development underway adding 2 more locations. We offer retirement living accommodation and aged care services to over 6,750 residents, and are one of the largest providers of aged care services in NZ.
