The Outpatient Therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and providing crisis stabilization services as needed.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a clinical discipline such as psychology or social work. Professional licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is preferred, and completion of a clinical practicum is required.

Job Description: In this role, the Outpatient Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy to our clients. Holcomb serves a diverse population, covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum
Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible scheduling
Program: Mental Health Outpatient
Location: Allentown, PA
Pay Rate: $30+/hour Billable Rate
Minimum Education: Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work) for mental health therapists
Experience: Clinical Practicum must be completed
Licensure/Certification: License Preferred - LPC, LCSW or LMFT
Required Clearances: Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 clearance, FBI clearance, Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
