The Staffing Specialist is responsible for pairing patients with caregivers and ensuring HHA coverage to meet patient needs. They also maintain regulatory compliance and manage administrative records related to scheduling and client rosters.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a LHCSA environment. Proficiency in HHA Exchange software and strong customer service and communication skills are required.
