The Senior Emergency Department Tech is responsible for managing the inventory process for the emergency department and providing front-line supervision to ED technicians. They contribute to organizational success by ensuring departmental goals are met and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 2 years of experience in both ED technician roles and inventory management. Additionally, applicants must hold an EMT-B certification, have completed US Military Hospital Corps School, or be currently enrolled in a clinical program.
Under direct supervision of the ED manager is responsible for oversight and management of the inventory use process for the emergency department as well as front line supervision of the end techs. Contributes to the success of the organization through achievement of system, hospital and departmental goals.
