The Telemetry Technician performs continuous cardiac monitoring and identifies significant arrhythmias or signs of patient distress. They are responsible for preparing skin, attaching electrode lead lines, and documenting ECG readings for physician analysis.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have successfully completed ECG interpretation coursework. A current CPR Basic Life Support certification via the American Heart Association is also required.

Performs telemetry monitoring to provide data for the diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions.
