The Subcontracts Manager will oversee the full pre- and post-award lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of contracts while ensuring strict compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal purchasing systems. They will also lead CPSR preparation engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to program teams regarding procurement best practices and regulatory obligations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of professional experience in federal government contracting, including specific expertise in CPSR-compliant systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, along with the ability to interpret complex contract terms and manage multiple priorities effectively.
