Candidates must have 15+ years of experience leading government relations or public policy in high-growth tech or cybersecurity environments. A proven track record of shaping national policy frameworks and managing high-level agency relationships is required.

The Vice President of Global Government Affairs will establish and lead Rubrik’s global public policy strategy, establishing the company as the premier authority on data security, cyber resilience, and AI safety in government affairs. Operating at the intersection of public policy and commercial growth, this leader will engage directly with heads of state, legislative leaders, and key regulatory agencies (such as CISA, DoD, NIST, and international equivalents).
By securing Rubrik’s "seat at the table" in critical national security and policy dialogues, this executive will elevate the Rubrik brand, shape emerging cybersecurity/AI legislation, and serve as an executive catalyst for Public Sector (Fed/SLED) sales expansion.
