The Statewide Climate Justice Organizer will lead community and coalition building efforts to advance climate justice for immigrant communities. Responsibilities include coordinating advocacy campaigns, managing outreach plans, and facilitating leadership development programs across the state.
Candidates must have at least two years of community college or equivalent experience and two years of direct organizing or community involvement. Fluency in Spanish is required, along with strong research, advocacy, and organizational skills.
