The Program Manager is responsible for the administration, marketing, and recruitment of specific programs, including the creation and revision of curricula. They supervise project teams, manage partnerships with business and community agencies, and monitor industry trends to meet community needs.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, along with at least 3 years of office operations and supervisory experience. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, CMS, and ERP applications, and possess strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations.
