Requires an Associate or Undergraduate degree with three years of relevant experience, including one year of supervisory experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and strong skills in workforce development and case management.
The Workforce Center Supervisor (WCS) oversees the workforce activities of the workforce center while ensuring compliance with workforce program requirements. The WCS is responsible for the appropriate use of workforce resources and materials for the benefit of the customers.
Physical requirements include lifting to 10 pounds occasionally. Subject to standing, sitting, bending, and walking to perform job scope. Requires visual acuity, speech, and hearing. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment. Occasional driving and travel may be required. Flexible hours may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
