The Family Advocate provides comprehensive case management and advocacy to help families break the cycle of poverty and achieve financial self-sufficiency. This includes conducting home and office visits, establishing family partnership agreements, and linking families to community resources.
A Bachelor's degree in family services, social work, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates should ideally have at least three years of experience in comprehensive case management for families.
