This includes collaborating with coding and clinical teams to identify documentation gaps and tracking regulatory changes across CMS and other public programs.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and the ability to obtain certifications in Medical Terminology and IHI Open School Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety within one year. Candidates must be able to analyze complex data sets and evaluate the impact of coding on organizational performance.
