The Systems Architect will provide technical authority for enterprise directory and identity lifecycle management while leading cloud modernization and security alignment. Candidates must possess at least 10 years of technical leadership experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in enterprise directory design, Active Directory integration, and cloud/DevSecOps modernization is required, along with eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

NIH supports identity lifecycle management for approximately 43,000 staff and is deeply integrated with Active Directory, Oracle data services, enterprise web services, and numerous downstream systems.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
