Responsibilities
Support Army logistics resource management programs through planning, program execution, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to evaluate resource requirements, organizational performance, funding execution, and emerging issues.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision-making and resource recommendations.
Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting Army logistics resource management initiatives.
Support the planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and tracking of Army logistics resources and organizational priorities.
Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support resource management objectives.
Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, funding actions, and action items to ensure timely execution.
Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
Synthesize complex financial, operational, and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve mission performance and organizational effectiveness.
Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision-making.
Support resource planning, financial analysis, program integration, and organizational assessment activities, as required.
Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.
Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Management, Economics, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Twelve or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, resource management, financial management, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
Experience supporting resource planning, financial analysis, program management, budget execution, or organizational assessments.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, financial systems, and collaboration tools.
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
Available for occasional travel.
This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Management, Economics, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Twelve plus years of experience supporting Army logistics resource management or other DoD organizations.
Experience supporting headquarters-level resource planning, budget development, financial management, program execution, or organizational governance.
Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, financial analysis, or data visualization products.
Familiarity with business process improvement, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups and stakeholder engagements.
Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.
Targeted Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000
