The Sous Chef manages daily kitchen shifts, including scheduling, planning, and controlling costs to meet financial goals. They lead the culinary team in preparing from-scratch dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Candidates need at least 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience and a working understanding of business financials. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Reporting to: This position reports to the Executive Chef and will help lead a culinary team committed to preparing every dish from scratch with a focus on quality, flavor, and excellence in order to deliver our mission: Great Hospitality, Every Time.
