The Nutrition Service Clerk is responsible for preparing therapeutic and modified diets for patients and crafting meals for staff and visitors. Key duties include managing patient menus, documenting nutritional history, and ensuring meal accuracy on tray lines.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a food handler's permit if required by local regulations. One year of experience as a Diet or Nutrition Services Clerk in an acute care facility is preferred.
