Full job description
About the Role:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are looking for a Senior Labour Law Specialist to join our HR Administration team within the People & Organization function. Reporting to the Head of Luxembourg HQ HR Administration, as the Senior Labour Law Specialist you will act as a trusted internal consultant to People Business Partners and HR stakeholders on all labour law matters.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you provide expert legal guidance and practical support on individual and collective employment matters, helping ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour legislation, internal policies and frameworks while enabling sound people decisions across the business.
Moreover, you will assess complex labour law cases, prepare clear and structured legal opinions, and identify the appropriate legal and HR procedures to be followed in line with regulatory requirements and company standards. You play a key role in managing sensitive employee relations matters, supporting and leading negotiations with employees within established governance and risk parameters, and overseeing the formalization and execution of related agreements.
As the subject matter expert for labour law, you draft, review and validate a wide range of HR legal documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, settlements, policies and formal communications. You also ensure constructive and compliant social dialogue through the management of relationships with the Staff Delegation and other relevant stakeholders.
In addition, you partner closely with HR leadership, People Business Partners and business teams to provide ongoing labour law advice, share best practices and strengthen internal capabilities. Acting as a key contributor to the evolution of HR practices in Luxembourg, you provide pragmatic and compliant labour law guidance, support stakeholders in navigating employment-related matters, and proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate legal or compliance risks when required.

About You:
You hold a Master's degree in Law and have gained approximately 8–10 years of experience in labour law, industrial relations or HR roles with a strong legal focus, acquired within a law firm and/or a multinational organization. Your labour law expertise enables you to navigate complex employment matters, assess risks and provide pragmatic solutions that support both business and people needs.
You have experience interpreting labour law frameworks, managing employee relations matters, negotiations, disciplinary cases and related actions, as well as drafting and reviewing HR legal documentation. Exposure to Staff Delegations, employee representatives or similar social dialogue bodies will support your success in the role.
Beyond your technical expertise, you combine empathy with a strong results-oriented mindset. You are able to navigate sensitive discussions and negotiations with credibility, sound judgment and respect for all parties involved, creating an environment where people feel heard and treated fairly. At the same time, you maintain focus on reaching sustainable outcomes and bringing matters to a successful conclusion. Your ability to balance legal rigor with a genuine understanding of people and organizational dynamics enables you to build trust, foster constructive dialogue and achieve solutions that address both business needs and employee concerns.
Acting as a trusted internal consultant, you translate legal complexity into practical recommendations and influence through expertise and relationship-building. You work autonomously, take ownership of your topics and collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
You are fluent in English and French, while Italian would further support collaboration within Ferrero's international environment. Your discretion, professionalism, analytical mindset and collaborative approach will help you thrive in this role.
If you are a trusted advisor who combines legal expertise, empathy and a results-oriented mindset, we encourage you to apply!
