The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing service standards, operational efficiency, and the overall member and guest experience. Key duties include managing day-to-day team operations, driving commercial viability, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Strong hospitality skills, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team are required.
