The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing meals for residents and ensuring high-quality care in accordance with the organization's vision. They must also maintain accurate documentation, report observations to the Food Service Manager, and support a team-based approach to resident safety.
Candidates should have experience in retirement home food service or institutional hospitality and possess a current Food Handler Certification. Applicants must also be able to work flexible hours and provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check and TB testing results.

The Dietary Aide Retirement Section reports to the Food Service Manager and is expected to demonstrate commitment to resident safety by preparing meals directed by the cook for individual residents and by providing high-quality care in accordance with the organization's vision and mission.
WAGE RATE: The starting wage rate is $ 17.86/hour
