The Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to casino guests while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They must also handle financial transactions and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
Candidates must have a minimum of Grade 12 education and one year of food and beverage serving experience in a bar or restaurant. A Responsible Service Certificate and proficiency with POS and cash handling are also required.
Under the direction of the F&B Supervisor the Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional and quality food and beverage service in high volume areas. Responsibilities include preparation work and server-side duties in a team environment. Above all else, must embrace and be aligned with Casino Nova Scotia’s culture and philosophy of providing outstanding entertainment experiences.
