Manage the day-to-day operations of the Staff Shop, including online fulfillment, stock reconciliation, and order processing. Ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining accurate employee product allowances and inventory records.
Requires previous experience in retail, customer service, or stock management with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital ordering systems. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to work morning and evening shifts.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Staff Shop, ensuring excellent customer service across both the physical shop and online fulfilment service. As part of a small team, you will act as the focal point for all Staff Shop activities, managing orders, stock, product allowances and enquiries while maintaining accurate records and inventory controls.
You are organised, customer focused and highly detail oriented.
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, from processing orders and maintaining stock accuracy to handling customer queries and administering employee product allowances.
You can work independently, take ownership of issues through to resolution and maintain high standards of accuracy when working with systems, inventory and financial information.
