The Assistant Store Manager supports daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising while driving sales and meeting performance metrics. They are also responsible for leading, training, and developing the store team to ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory retail role. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with the physical ability to handle store inventory and work a flexible schedule.

You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and maximize profitability. Internally, you will be referred to as Assistant Manager and report to the Store Manager.
