Position Summary and Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to take the lead and provide guidance as a working manager for all technology support functions within a branch. This includes hardware and software support for Manufacturing, Sales Automation, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Purchasing, Financial, Administrative, and other systems. Support is defined as installation, training, troubleshooting, problem resolution, purchasing, inventory tracking, and status reports as required.
