The Senior Analyst will manage screening clearance and compliance processes for candidates and employees while ensuring documentation meets client requirements. They are also responsible for conducting quality assurance audits and maintaining accurate audit trails within the management information system.
The role requires strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills, along with a high level of attention to detail. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow.
